Dental FAQs
01Do I need an appointment before visiting the clinic?
Yes. To save time, please call ahead to schedule an appointment.
02What if I need to change or cancel the appointment?
No problem. Call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
03What if I arrive late?
Our staff will do their best to provide your service, but arriving late may require your appointment to be cancelled and rescheduled. To avoid this, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
04What is the expected waiting time?
If you arrive on time, the expected wait is 5–30 minutes. We aim to keep every patient's wait under 30 minutes.
05How long will my appointment take?
Appointments take about 30 minutes on average, although extensive procedures may require more time. Our team will let you know if your next appointment will be longer than usual.
06Can my treatment be completed in a single visit?
It depends on your treatment needs. If treatment can be completed in one visit, we can provide it during a specially scheduled appointment.
07Can I set an appointment outside the regular working hours of the clinic?
Yes, appointments outside regular working hours are available for an additional fee.
08Am I allowed to have someone accompany me during my visit?
For your comfort and privacy, we recommend bringing no more than one accompanying person. Please do not bring children unless they are receiving treatment. Children and additional visitors are not permitted inside the treatment room.
09What should I wear to my appointment?
Yes. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing during treatment and leaving expensive clothing and jewelry at home.
10What about makeup? Can I come in wearing makeup?
Face makeup and lipstick can interfere with treatment, so please remove them before your appointment.
11Is it expected to feel pain during dental treatment?
No. Dental procedures are performed under local anesthesia, so you should not feel pain during treatment.
12What about after treatment? Will I feel pain after the anesthesia wears off?
In most cases, no. If discomfort is expected, the dentist will prescribe suitable pain relief to keep you as comfortable as possible after treatment.
13How can I pay for my treatment?
You can pay for your treatment in cash or by credit card.
14Do you charge extra fees for paying by credit card?
No. You will pay the same amount as you would pay in cash.
15Should I pay the full cost of treatment in the first visit?
You pay the full amount at the first visit only when treatment will be completed in one appointment. If your dentist confirms that you need a single visit, ask the team for the final amount after treatment.
16What if I need more than one visit?
You only need to pay a deposit initially. Our team can help you arrange the remaining payments in a way that suits you.
17Do I have to pay the full amount before my last visit?
Yes. Any remaining balance must be paid before your final appointment. Our team will let you know when your next appointment is the last one so you can complete payment beforehand.
18Will I pay more if my treatment requires more appointments than usual?
No. At your first visit, we will tell you the full amount due regardless of how many appointments your treatment requires.
19Do you provide a guarantee for dental treatment?
